Moroccan national team head coach Vahid Halilhodzic is wary of the the threat of Ghana ahead of this evening’s 2021 AFCON Group C clash in Yaounde.
Valilhodzic maintains that Ghana is a force to reckon considering their pedigree with and it will be a tough encounter for his team.
“Ghana is a team with great history in African football. They have won the cup four times, the match against the Black Stars will certainly be difficult.” Halilhodzic stated ahead of today’s game.
“It is true that our history is not as rich as other teams, but this generation is motivated and determined to achieve a historic feat during this AFCON.”
The Atlas Lions will face Ghana on Monday before battling Comoros Island and Gabon.
