On the home stretch leading to Qatar, ten countries will compete against each other; with the program of fixtures: Cameroon-Algeria, Mali-Tunisia, DR Congo-Morocco, Ghana-Nigeria and Egypt-Senegal. The return leg being set for March 29.

First, each qualified team will benefit from an advance of nearly two billion CFA to cover the costs of preparation. The second installment will be given in the event of elimination in the first round.
It should be noted that Fifa had approved an increase in the allocations for the “Russia 2018” World Cup, for a total amount of 400 million dollars, or 12% more than the 358 million dollars for the 2014 edition.
