Portuguese coach Fernando Santos says his skipper Cristiano Ronaldo may not be in the starting lineup against Ghana on November 24.
Ronaldo missed the 4-0 friendly win over Nigeria due to a supposed stomach ache and could miss the Ghana game next week.
“Ronaldo is having some stomach troubles and he could miss the opening game with Ghana.” Santos stated on Saturday.
Pundits and connoisseurs of the game however believes that Santos is trying to sway attention from his skipper ahead of the big game as he will feature.
