Ghana Premier League winners prize money has been increased ahead of the start of the 2023-24 season on September 15.
The winners of the 2023-24 campaign in the Ghana top-flight will be given a total amount package of 500,000.00, the Ghana Football Association has confirmed.
The current champions, for their reward, earned GHc300,000 as champions – which was an increment from the GHc250,00 that Asante Kotoko pocketed when they won the title last season.
This motivated the president of Medeama Moses Armah ‘Parker’ who promised his club would make Ghana proud in next season’s CAF Champions League.
The prize money has seen a massive improvement ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
