Hearts of Oak are gearing up for a high-stakes Ghana Premier League encounter against Nsoatreman FC on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the University of Ghana Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 19:00 GMT (7:00 PM local time).

The Phobians are on a solid run in the league, having won three consecutive matches ahead of their showdown with Nsoatreman. Hearts have earned an impressive 10 points from their last five matches, further boosting their confidence and highlighting their improved form. With 18 points, they currently sit in 4th place on the table, having scored 8 goals and conceded 5.

Despite their strong run, Aboubakar Ouattara’s men have struggled to make their home ground a fortress, with only two wins, one draw, and two losses from their five home fixtures this season. They will be aiming for their second successive home win when they take on Nsoatreman.

Nsoatreman FC, on the other hand, come into this match on the back of a 1-1 draw with Aduana FC, extending their winless streak to four matches. With a record of one win, two draws, and two losses in their last five outings, Nsoatreman have struggled in the league, scoring 11 goals but also conceding 14, the second-highest in the league.

Their away form has been particularly poor, with no wins on the road this season, making them desperate for a change in fortunes against a team they have struggled to defeat since their promotion to the top flight in 2022.

In their two previous encounters at home, Hearts of Oak have emerged victorious, winning 2-1 in the 2022/23 season and 1-0 in the 2023/24 season, giving them the upper hand heading into this match.
