Athletic Club striker Inaki Williams has been handed a starting role against Sudan as Otto Addo makes one change to starting lineup for the crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sudan on Tuesday.
The Athletic Bilbao forward will lead Ghana’s attack in place of Jordan Ayew.
