Mohammed Salisu was the standout player in the Black Stars team as the were held to a goalless draw by Sudan at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday, October 10 in a 2025 AFCON qualifier.

Though Amavubi created good chances and failed to score, they were players who showed their mettle by putting up great performances.

Sportsworldghana.com brings to you player ratings from the Group.

Ati Zigi 6

He was on virtually on a holiday as he didn’t see much of the ball. It was the first time in many games that he has kept a clean sheets.

Alidu Seidu 7

Efficient on the right side of defense. Had a chance to score in the first 15 minutes but the chance was wasted

Gideon Mensah 6

Had a fair game as his side was not used much by the Sudanese.

Alexander Djiku 6.5

Great performance as he continues to build a strong partnership with Mohammed Salisu.

Mohammed Salisu 7

A pillar at the back, sent in some fantastic long balls which were all wasted.

Ibrahim Sulemana 6

Paired Elisha Owusu in central midfield and had a decent game

Elisha Owusu 6

Combined well with Sulemana to shield the back four.

Ernest Nuamah 6

Didnt create enough chances before being substituted in the 69th minute.

Jordan Ayew 7

His play through the middle and on the flanks was good as he created spaces for his colleague.

Antoine Semenyo 5

Missed a host of glaring chances as his side could only settle for a drew

Subs:

Fatawu Issahaku 6

Brought the needed width on the right side of attack when he came on for Nuamah

Inaki William 6

Had a fair game and as usual, he failed to score.
