Black Galaxies head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has named a 32-player squad for their pre-CHAN qualifiers training camp ahead of the 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers against Nigeria.
The camp, scheduled to begin on Monday, November 25, 2024, will take place at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram. The squad will focus on rigorous preparations for the two-legged qualifier against Nigeria, set for December.
During the camp, players will engage in intensive training, including tactical drills, fitness exercises, and practice matches to fine-tune their performance ahead of the vital fixtures.
After two weeks of training from November 25 to December 5, the team will break camp for the national elections before resuming on December 8.
The Black Galaxies will host Nigeria in the first leg on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at a venue to be confirmed. The return leg will take place between December 27 and 29, 2024.
Ghana’s Black Galaxies will aim to replicate their success from the 2023 CHAN qualifiers, where they triumphed over Nigeria, and ensure their place in the 2025 CHAN tournament, which will be co-hosted by Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
