No matter the outcome of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations final between Senegal and Egypt, Liverpool FC will be celebrating one of their players on Sunday.
Attacking duo Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane – 255 goals combined for Liverpool – go head to head on Sunday at the Olembe stadium in Yaounde as Egypt seek an 8th continental glory whilst Senegal is after a first continental trophy.
When Liverpool reached the 2019 UEFA Champions League final, Mane and Salah had a common mission of winning the trophy for the Reds which they successfully did but on February 6th, they will be opponents and whatever happens , Jurgen Klopp and his Liverpool players will be welcoming an African champion after Sunday.
