Manchester United legend, Roy Keane, has likened Eddie Nketiah to Arsenal legend Ian Wright following the former’s brace in the win over Manchester United.

Nketiah scored two goals including a 90th-minute winner for Arsenal as they extended their lead at the top of the English Premier League table.

The goals were Nketiah’s third and fourth league goals this season in just five starts for Mikel Arteta’s side, taking his season tally to nine goals in 25 appearances across all competitions.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Keane was in awe of the performance of the 23-year-old to clinch the maximum points for the Gunners at the end of the game.

“Eddie Nketiah reminds me of Ian Wright. He doesn’t get many touches but he makes them count when it matters,” he said.

Arsenal go five points clear of Manchester City, who are second on the league table and 11 points clear of United and Newcastle united.
