Robert Addo Sowah, a defender for Hearts of Oak, has started his recovery training, providing a significant boost to Coach David Ocloo.
Sowah sustained an injury during the BetPawa Premier League week 18 match against Aduana Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium in February, causing him to miss several games.
After seven weeks of rest, Sowah has taken a significant step toward recovery. The Accra giants announced via their Twitter handle that the center-back has begun light workouts with their fitness coach, Enoch Daitey.
Hearts of Oak is set to face Nsoatreman FC in the 26th week of the BetPawa Premier League. The team currently ranks fifth on the league table with 39 points.
