English League 1 side Port Vale FC have parted ways with Ghanaian defender Derek Agyakwa after one-year together.
Agyakwa, 21, joined Vale in the summer of 2022 after leaving Watford on a free transfer.
He made only two appearances for the third tier club with one coming in the League against Burton Albion where they lost 3-2 on March 18, 2023 and in the EFL Trophy against Wolves U21before being released.
Agyakwa previously also played for FC Twente in the Netherlands.
