In the preparations for the new season, Naestved Boldklub faced FC Nordsjaelland at the Right to Dream Park on Saturday morning.
The Tigers emerged victorious with a 3-0 win, courtesy of two goals from Conrad Harder and one from Ibrahim Osman.
Head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup expressed contentment with Ibrahim Osman’s performance and the team as a whole. However, he acknowledged that there is still work to be done before the season kicks off.
Thorup commented, “Overall, it was an excellent performance. Yet, we must be cautious about our expectations from these matches, as we are still building up our physical condition.
Additionally, with many young players who haven’t played together much, there’s a need to strengthen the team chemistry.”
He emphasized that the primary goal of the match was to continue implementing the strategies they’ve been working on during the preseason.
While there were positive aspects during the game, Thorup also identified areas that require further attention and improvement. Despite this, he expressed overall satisfaction with the team’s progress.
