On Monday, August 7, a temporary Interim Management Committee (IMC) assembled by Otumfuo oversaw the introduction of Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum as the new head coach of the club. Notably, Ogum is the last coach to have guided Asante Kotoko to a league title.
In preparation for the forthcoming 2023/24 football season, Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II has underscored an unwavering commitment to propel the Kumasi-based club back to prominence.
He declared, “Whatever I will do to make team great again, I will do. What I am expecting from you all is unity to make Kotoko great again,” Otumfuo said.
