Ghanaian forward Joseph Paintsil has applauded his colleagues for their spirited performance against RSC Anderlecht over the weekend.
The home team, Genk were reduced to 10 men very early in the game after Christopher Bonsu Baah was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Nonetheless, the Blue and Whites outfit fought hard to draw 1-1 against a very solid Anderlecht team at the end of the frenetic encounter.
“Love this team . What a fight even though we were down by one man but we fought till the end and with a great support”, he wrote on social media.
