Hearts of Oak head coach Martin Koopman has unveiled his 23-man squad for their opening match in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League against Real Tamale United (RTU) scheduled for Friday evening.

The Rainbow Boys are en route to Tamale to face RTU in a matchweek 1 clash in the betPawa Premier League, which will take place at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

Koopman’s squad features three goalkeepers: Richard Attah, Eric Ofori Antwi, and Richmond Ayi.

However, some notable players, including Michelle Sarpong, Linda Mtange Don, Isaac Frimpong, Gideon Asante, Issah Hamza, Enock Asubonteng, and others, will not be making the trip.

It has been confirmed that both Enock Asubonteng and Linda Mtange Don did not join the squad due to injuries. Gideon Asante and Michelle Sarpong are currently in the recovery process.
