CAF President, Dr. Patrice Motsepe believes Ivory Coast will host the best ever African Cup of Nations tournament in Ivory Coast.
Ivory Coast in 2024 will host the 2023 African Cup of Nations with 24 competing countries.
Speaking at the draw for the group stages in Ivory Coast on Thursday, October 12, 2023, Dr. Patrice Motsepe said history will be created in 2024.
“We have no doubt that the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Ivory Coast will be the very best in the history of the tournament,” the CAF President said.
Dr. Motsepe continued, “The 24 countries that are here they are winners already.”
