Ghanaian shot-stopper, Richard Ofori was absent in the Soweto derby when Orlando Pirates played away to Kaizer Chiefs.
Richard Ofori’s last game for Kaizer Chief came against Las Palmas in a pre-season game in July. The ex-Wa All Stars player has endured a torrid time after recovering from injury last season. The goal keeper’s last involvement for the Black Stars came in October when Ghana hosted the Liberian national team at the Accra Sports stadium.
Prior to his injury, Richard Ofori was the safest pair of hands for the national team until the emergence of Hibernian goalkeeper Jojo Wollacott.
