Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko are reflecting on their performance in the recently concluded Ghana Premier League campaign.

After enduring a challenging season and finishing in sixth position without securing any trophies, the Porcupine Warriors are now focusing on a major squad overhaul for the 2024/25 season. So far, the club has parted ways with eighteen players, with two more expected to leave soon.

Reports in the local media indicate that coach Ogum has informed the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of his decision to work with only 26 players in the upcoming season.

To achieve this, Kotoko plans to sign sixteen new players during the current transfer window to join the ten remaining at the club.

Notable departures include captain Danlad Ibrahim and George Mfegue, as the club prepares to rebuild and improve its squad for the next season.
