Young Ghanaian star Richmond Gyamfi has completed his transfer from Hobro IK to AGF in the Danish Superliga.
On Wednesday, July 10, AGF officially announced that the 19-year-old has signed a five-year contract, ensuring his services.
The forward attracted AGF’s attention with his exceptional displays in the Danish First Division at Hobro, where he played in 10 Promotion Championship games, contributing four assists and three goals.
Gyamfi made 13 appearances for Hobro in all, tallying 4 assists and 3 goals in that span.
According to the club, Gyamfi’s sale represents the largest in Hobro’s history, even if the amount was not disclosed.
On February 25, 2024, he played his first game for Hobro in a home loss against FC Fredericia.
