Ghanaian international forward Hafiz Wontah Konkoni has signed with Ethiopian Coffee SC on a two-year deal, making the move from Tanzanian giants Yanga SC.
Konkoni, who spent last season on loan at Libyan club Olympic Azzaweya, joined Yanga SC earlier this summer but struggled with injuries during his initial period with the club.
Despite these setbacks, the former Bechem United striker managed to score twice in five appearances, with one goal in the Tanzanian league and another in the CAF Champions League.
Ethiopian Coffee SC has brought Konkoni on board to strengthen their attack, hoping his experience and skill will bolster their frontline for the rest of the season.
