Asante Kotoko will take on third-tier side Acceler8z FC, with the Porcupine Warriors heavily favored to advance. The Kumasi-based club is determined to make a strong statement as they aim for silverware this season.
Hearts of Oak, eager to reclaim the cup, will host Division One League side Home Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium. The Phobians will look to use their home advantage to secure a place in the Round of 16.
Defending champions Nsoatreman face a tougher challenge, as they will meet Premier League side Young Apostles.
