Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has expressed his delight after helping Tottenham Hotspur extend their winning streak to three matches with a convincing 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
The Black Stars playmaker produced another outstanding display as Spurs continued their impressive run of form in their Matchday 9 clash, strengthening their momentum ahead of the coming weeks.
Kudus was instrumental in the victory, providing the assist for Tottenham’s opening goal with a perfectly delivered corner that was headed home by Archie Gray.
The 26-year-old tormented Crystal Palace throughout the contest with his direct running, close control and creativity. He completed five successful dribbles, won four fouls and created three goalscoring opportunities in a dominant attacking performance.
His influential display earned him the Man of the Match award, underlining his growing importance to Ange Postecoglou’s side.
Reacting after the final whistle, Kudus thanked the Tottenham supporters for their unwavering backing and expressed confidence that the team can continue its impressive run.
“I’m very happy for the energy and support. Three wins in a row—we are going for the fourth,” Kudus said.
The victory keeps Tottenham’s momentum intact as they prepare for their next Premier League fixture against Leeds United, where they will be aiming to stretch their winning streak to four matches.
Kudus has enjoyed a bright start to life at Tottenham since joining the North London club. The Ghana international has featured in nine matches across all competitions this season, contributing three assists while consistently impressing with his creativity, dribbling ability and attacking flair.
