Ghanaian international Kwaku Karikari scored the only goal of the game to secure a win for Zeleznicar Pancevo against FK Radnicki 1923 in the Serbian top-flight on Saturday.

The 23-year-old attacker started and played for 90 minutes, inspiring his outfit to a crucial narrow victory over their opponent in the week 127 clash, held at the Sportsko-Rekreativni Centar Mladost.

The first half of the much-anticipated clash ended in a pulsating goalless draw, as both teams struggled to find the back of the net.

Karikari, who switched to Zeleznicar in the summer broke the deadlock in the 69th-minute after both sides were almost settling for a draw.

The Ghanaian international has been impressive since joining the club. he has made 12 appearances out a possible 14 matches for the side, scoring four goals and delivering an assist in the Serbian top-tier league.

Karikari penned a one-year deal with the Serbian club, with his contract expected to elapse in summer 2026.
