Aduana FC head coach Aristica Cioaba has expressed his delight following his team’s hard-fought 1-0 victory over Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League on Friday afternoon.
The Dormaa-based side travelled to Kpando for their Week 14 clash of the 2025/26 season, where a solitary strike from Patrick Mensah secured all three points.
Speaking after the match, Cioaba commended his players’ confidence and tactical discipline, highlighting the team’s collective effort in earning the crucial away win.
“I see the confidence from the players, and I told them that if we respect the tactics, we can pick all three points. Congratulations to the players for trusting the plan and going on to win the game,” he said.
He added, “Aduana FC is working as a group, and the players understand what we need in the game. I’m happy about this win. The game was very tactical, and it was very good.”
The victory temporarily propels Aduana FC to the summit of the Ghana Premier League standings, pending the outcomes of other Week 14 fixtures scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
