Ghana forward Daniel Afriyie Barnieh continued his impressive run of form on Thursday, scoring once again as FC Aarau recorded a comfortable 3–0 victory over Stade Lausanne-Ouchy in the Swiss league.
The 24-year-old attacker played a key role in another dominant performance, adding his name to the scoresheet as Aarau secured a convincing win and maintained their strong momentum in the competition.
Barnieh’s latest goal further highlights his growing importance to the team, with the forward increasingly becoming a reliable source of goals and creativity in the final third.
The former Accra Hearts of Oak forward has now registered 11 goals and six assists this season, underlining both his finishing ability and his contribution as a creator for his teammates.
His consistent performances have been central to Aarau’s positive campaign, with the club benefitting from his sharp movement, confidence in front of goal, and improved decision-making in attacking situations.
Barnieh is currently enjoying one of the most productive spells of his career, with his form continuing to rise as the season enters its decisive stage.
