Ghanaian striker Daniel Adu-Adjei delivered a standout performance for HNK Rijeka after scoring a brace in their convincing 3-0 victory in their latest fixture against NK Lokomotiva.
The 20-year-old forward continues to enjoy an impressive debut season in Croatia, taking his overall tally to 10 goals in all competitions, with four of those coming in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Adu-Adjei completed his move to the Croatian side during the summer transfer window following a remarkable spell with Bournemouth’s U21 team, where he scored 25 goals in just 16 appearances, underlining his reputation as a prolific young striker.
Since his arrival at Rijeka, the forward has quickly adapted to top-flight European football, consistently finding the back of the net and becoming an important attacking option for the club.
His latest brace further strengthens his growing reputation as one of the promising young Ghanaian forwards making waves in Europe.
