Hearts of Oak defender George Paaku believes the Phobians can return to winning ways when they face Dreams FC in the Ghana Premier League on Saturday.
Hearts have endured a difficult spell in their last two league matches, picking up just one point from a possible six while failing to score in both games.
However, Paaku says the team has analysed their recent performances and worked on the mistakes that affected their results.
“I think today we did some analysis. We saw our mistakes and identified areas where we could have done better. We have worked towards improving from that and watched our mistakes.”
The defender stressed the importance of quickly responding after their recent setbacks.
“It’s always important to get back quickly to winning ways. It has been two matches where we have drawn one and lost one, and we haven’t been able to score in both games. So, it is very important for us to get back into winning ways as quickly as possible.”
Paaku will be hoping the Phobians can end their poor run when they host Dreams FC in their Matchweek Five fixture.
The game will be played at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 3, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 GMT.
