Dreams FC will welcome Debibi United to the Tuba Astro Turf on Sunday in a crucial Week 10 fixture of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League, with both sides desperate to secure maximum points and improve their chances of escaping the relegation zone.
The encounter presents an important opportunity for the two clubs to build on their victories from last weekend and gain valuable momentum as the league campaign progresses.
Dreams FC head into the game after ending their winless run with a narrow victory over Basake Holy Stars. Despite the important result, the Still Believe remain bottom of the league table and will be determined to secure consecutive victories for the first time this season.
A second successive win would provide a significant boost to their survival ambitions, particularly as they look to close the gap on the teams above them.
Debibi United, meanwhile, will travel to Tuba with renewed confidence after recovering from a heavy defeat to Berekum Chelsea with a hard-fought victory over Hearts of Oak.
The Premier League newcomers currently occupy 16th position with 10 points, giving them a four-point advantage over Dreams FC. Another victory could help them move further away from the relegation places and strengthen their position in the standings.
However, their away form remains a major concern heading into Sunday’s encounter. Debibi United have lost all four of their away matches this season and will need to improve significantly on the road if they are to return home with a positive result.
Dreams FC will also be aware that their home advantage could prove decisive as they seek to turn their recent breakthrough into a sustained revival.
With both teams coming off victories and separated by just four points, Sunday’s meeting promises to be a fiercely contested encounter. The result could have important consequences for the relegation battle, with neither side able to afford another setback in their quest to secure Premier League survival.
