Ghanaian midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana has expressed his desire to establish a long-term future at Italian club Sassuolo as he seeks stability in his football career.
The 23-year-old defensive midfielder is currently on loan from Atalanta, with Sassuolo holding an option to make the move permanent.
Sulemana, who has also played for Hellas Verona, Bologna and Cagliari, admitted that changing clubs almost every season has affected his professional development.
“My goal is to remain here at Sassuolo for many years because since I began playing, I have never experienced stability with one team,” he said.
The Sunyani-born midfielder has made three Serie A appearances for Sassuolo and is determined to convince the club’s technical handlers and management that he deserves a permanent stay.
