Board member of Asante Kotoko Joseph Yaw Adu has expressed his happiness and sense of gratitude following his appointment as member of the new Asante Kotoko board of directors.
This is not the first time the former Yaw Adu will be working under Otumfour Osei Tutu II. He was the Director of Sports at the KNUST where Otumfour is the Chancellor.
“I worked under Otumfour at KNUST as the Director of Sports for the University where Otumfour is also the Chancellor. I retired and now the Asantehene has called me again to work with him this time to serve as board member of Kotoko and I am much grateful to him for this honor” Yaw Adu told Kumasi FM on Tuesday.
The former KNUST Sports boss is joined by eight others on the newly formed Asante Kotoko board of directors which was officially inaugurated.on Tuesday at the Asokwa-based Sports Hotel near the Babayara sports stadium.
