RC Lens have recorded their first victory in the UEFA Champions League after beating Arsenal 2-1.
The comeback back victory at the Stade Bollaert- Delelis in Lens marks a historical day in the history of the club.
Black Stars midfielder, Abdul Salis Samed played the entire duration of the game to help his side cruise to a 2-1 victory.
Gabriel Jesus gave Arsenal the lead in the 14th minute but Adrien Thomasson restored the game to parity in the 25th minute for the first half to end 1-1.
The second half saw many chances but it was RC Lens who took their chances after Elye Wahi scored to win the game for the host in the 69th minute.
The other Group B between PSV ended in a 2-2 draw.
