Aduana FC’s head coach, Aristică Ciobă, has been charged by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for breaking league rules.
The charge follows the Ghana Premier League match between Aduana FC and Nations FC. According to the GFA, the coach is accused of breaching Article 12(1)(i) of the GFA Disciplinary Code, 2019, which deals with misconduct.
The incident is linked to actions that took place during or after the match. The GFA says the matter will be handled by its Disciplinary Committee in line with the rules.
Aristică Ciobă is expected to respond to the charge within the time frame given by the GFA. If found guilty, he could face sanctions such as a fine or suspension.
The GFA has again reminded coaches, players, and officials to conduct themselves properly to protect the image and integrity of Ghana football.
