Ghanaian wonder-kid Issahaku Abdul Fatawu in high spirit during Black Stars last training ahead of AFCON 2021 group C second game against the Panthers of Gabon.
The Dreams FC Starlet was full of smiles during the Stars training as they face Gabon today at 7pm in a cliffhanger group C encounter.
The 17-year-old versatile and tricky winger was a late substitute for Ghana in their opening Group C defeat to Morocco on last Monday.
Issahaku was a standout player for Ghana’s Black Satellites during the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations Youth tournament held in Mauritania.
He was adjudged the Most Valuable Player of the tournament after a scintillating campaign and was a pivot in Ghana’s trophy win in the tournament.
He could be Ghana’s most influential player at the tournament in times of need and could bail coach Milovan Rajevac out of trouble when the team meet Gabon.
Ghana desperately needs a victory to keep their AFCON 2021 hopes alive after suffering defeat on opening day.
