Cameroon defender Joel Matip was the scorer of one of the most important goals of the season for Liverpool this season as the Reds came from a goal down to win 2-1 at Southampton.
The home team scored first in the 12th minute through Nathan Redmond. Minamino equalized for Liverpool before Matip won the game in the 67th minute for Liverpool.
The result thus means the winner of the English Premier League this season will be known by the end of the final round of matches on May 22nd.
Matip was better defensively and did loads of the clearing up as Saints tried to break out of their six-yard box.
