Dutch champions Ajax have identified young Brazilian attacker Marcos Leonardo as the replacement for Mohammed Kudus should the Ghanaian leave the club in January.
Mohammed Kudus, as reported by Sportsworldghana.com, is eager to leave Ajax this January following the rise in his stock with the Premier League being his preferred destination.
He has been linked to Barcelona, Dortmund and Liverpool among others.
According to Het Parool, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar was recently in Brazil to see Marcos Leonardo who is a 19-year-old attacker for Brazilian side Santos and see him as the perfect man to replace Kudus.
Kudus is expected to cost above 30 million euros following his 10 goals this season for his club.
