Alidu Seidu and Jonas Adjetey have received late call-ups to join the Black Stars squad for the current international break.
The two defenders have been added to Ghana’s squad as head coach Carlos Queiroz continues to finalise his team ahead of the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Their inclusion provides additional defensive options for the technical team as the Black Stars prepare for the important fixtures ahead.
Seidu brings valuable experience from his previous involvement with the senior national team, while Adjetey represents another option in central defence and has been progressing through the ranks of Ghana’s national teams.
The late additions come as several players report to camp in Accra, with the technical team expected to assess the full squad during training before the qualifiers.
The arrival of Seidu and Adjetey also increases competition for places within the defensive unit, with players expected to fight for starting positions while maintaining the collective objective of helping Ghana secure qualification for the next Africa Cup of Nations.
