Ghanaian defender Gideon Mensah is in ecstacy after his scintillating performance against Paris Saint Germain in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday evening.
The defender was unfazed when he came up against Argentine super Star Lionel Messi in AJ Auxerre’s narrow defeat at home to the Champions elect.
Mensah played full throttle for his team but could not prevent them from suffering defeat to the star-studded PSG team on the night as they lost 2-1 at home.
His team is facing relegation with two games left and must win both games to assure safety and another season in the top-flight league in France.
The 24-year-old Ghanaian international defender has made 24 appearances in the league this season for the Blue and Whites outfit.
