Ameenu Shardow, the general manager of Dreams FC, is confident that his team has the necessary quality to defeat Skyy FC, a lower tier side, in the semifinal of the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup.

The match date is yet to be announced, but Dreams FC will face Skyy FC in the first semifinal fixture.

Dreams FC had a difficult journey to the last four stage, eliminating the defending champions and record winners Hearts of Oak, while Skyy FC is the only lower division team remaining in the competition.

Following the draw that pitted the two sides against each other, Ameenu Shardow, the team manager of Black Stars, praised his club and encouraged them to defeat Skyy FC and advance to the final.

On Twitter, he wrote, “We, Dreams Football Club, have a date with Skyy FC in the semifinals of the MTN FA Cup. The lads have performed admirably thus far, but we have a good chance of making it to the finals. Let’s maintain our focus.”
