Black Stars defender, Alexander Djiku is happy that his first national team captain assignment ended in a victory.
Djiku captained the Black Stars against Liberia in the absence of both Andre and Jordan Ayew who both started the game from the bench.
The defender’s captaincy debut ended in a massive victory as the Black Stars won the game comfortably with a 3-1 victory.
Reacting to the victory, Alexander Djiku congratulated his teammates while thanking the technical handlers of giving him the honor to captain the team.
