Ghana international Andre Ayew, has, shared excitement following his Nottingham Forest massive 3:1 win over Brighton on Wednesday night in the English Premiership.
Steve Copper’s side recorded an emphatic victory over Brighton with Ayew only playing the last ten minutes of the match at the City Ground, Nottingham.
Brighton took the lead in the 38th mi Ute through Buonanotte after Brennan Johnson had missed a penalty for the hosts in the 12th minute.
After 45+3 minutes in the clock, Pascal Gross scored an own goal to draw Forest level before the break.
In the 68th minute, Taiwo Awoniyi assisted Danilo to restore the home side’s lead to 2-1 before Gibbs-White scored from the spot in the 90+1 minutes to wrap up a thrilling home victory for Nottingham Forest.
The Ghanaian captain who replaced Taiwo Awoniyi in the 80th minute mark of the game, has taken to his official Instagram page to celebrate his team’s big victory.
”Very good win. Atmosphere was unbelievable, we keep going,” Ayew wrote.
Andre Ayew, a former West Ham and Swansea City player, has made 11 appearances for Nottingham Forest this campaign without a goal or assist.
