Anokye Stars have emerged Champions of the 2022 Eye Ball and Next Africa Football Stars Mini Tournament held in Mamponteng – Our Lady of Grace Senior High School in the Ashanti Region.
The Suame-based lower side coached by experienced Sani Anokye Demdem, defeated Adonko Next Africa Academy 4-2 on penalties after a goalless draw in regulation team to win the Mini Tournament.
The Eye Ball and Next Africa Football Stars Mini Tournament was organized with the aim of scouting talented players who will be groomed for the European market in the coming years.
