Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell says Mikel Arteta needs to bring in an additional midfielder to support Ghanaian star Thomas Partey.
Campbell who played a total of 225 games for the “Gunners” from 1988 to 1995 insists the Ghana deputy skipper must have a helping hand in the hear of midfield if he is to flourish.
“I think Arsenal could do with a player like him. I think Thomas Partey needs a partner in that midfield with energy & he would fit the bill perfectly.” He told Amazon
The Ghanaian enforcer joined Arsenal from Atletico Madrid in a 45 Million Pounds deal in October this year and has so far made five Premier League appearances.
