Laryea Kingston has just begun his professional coaching and many Ghanaians are very impressed with the way his team play.
Tactically, Laryea Kingston has been very spot on in the two games he has played at the ongoing WAFU Zone B U-17 Championship in Accra.
Ghana has beaten neighbours Cote d’Ivoire 5-1 and Benin 2-1 in the two group games. Black Starlets have progressed to the semi-finals with sights set on progressing to the finals and winning the ultimate.
Legendary Ghanaian skipper Asamoah Gyan has disclosed that he promised Laryea Kingston to be one of the best coaches in the country and beyond the moment he saw his tactics.
“I told this man (Laryea Kingston) he would be one of the best coaches in Ghana and beyond the first time I saw his tactics.
“This is the beginning of greatness. It’s just a process. Keep going( MACHINE),” wrote Asamoah Bay Jet Gyan on his X wall.
Laryea Kingston joined the Ghana U17 national team from Nordsjælland in Denmark and has proven that he has indeed learned a lot with the Danish club.
