Obuasi AshantiGold player, Seth Osei is dreaming big as he boldly thinks Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC are a beatable side that can be beaten by his team, Obuasi Ashantigold SC on Sunday.
The diminutive player who cried on radio begging the Porcupine Warriors to sign him from the Miners says they are capable of upsetting the Kumasi-based club in Sunday’s Ashanti Derby.
“Kotoko is a great team and they are currently doing well. Beating them will not be an easy task. There must be unity and team work to be able to beat them. We have to put all issues, misunderstanding and complaints aside and focus on the match. This is the only way we can beat them”, he said on Akoma FM.
Ashantigold have gone four matches without a win but their tricky winger insist the team can bounce back with a victory over the Porcupines on Sunday at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
“We will resume training today after our defeat to Medeama and with confidence and determination, we can surprise Kotoko with a win come Sunday.
The supporters should still have confidence in us and rally behind us and surely Ashgold will bounce back strongly”, he added.
