Reports from Kumasi-based Opemsuo Radio suggest that Peter Acquah, an attacker from PAC Academy, is on the brink of finalizing a move to Ghanaian football giants Asante Kotoko.
The promising forward is said to have been participating in training sessions with the Porcupine Warriors at Beposo, where they are conducting their pre-season preparations for the upcoming 2023/24 football season.
Acquah played a pivotal role in guiding PAC Academy to secure promotion to the 2023/24 Division One League, which is scheduled to kick off in October.
In an effort to enhance their performance from the previous season, Kotoko has taken steps to bolster their roster. They’ve made notable signings including Henry Ansu, Kalo Ouattara, Nanabayin Amoah, Dawuni Yahaya, Andrews Manu, and Samuel Asamoah.
Concurrently, the club has announced the departure of several players, namely Mohammed Alhassan, Dickson Afoakwa, Samuel Boateng, Andrews Appau, and Joseph Amoako.
