Asante Kotoko’s assistant coach, David Ocloo, has provided insights into the club’s pursuit of the Ghana Premier League title, describing it as an ongoing process.
The Porcupine Warriors currently occupy the second position on the league table with 29 points, trailing leaders Samartex by a mere three points.
Kotoko concluded the first half of the Ghana Premier League campaign on a high note, securing a 2-0 away victory against Bofoakwa Tano at the Sunyani Coronation Park last Saturday, courtesy of Steve Mukwala’s impressive brace.
In response to the team’s triumph over Bofoakwa, Ocloo expressed, “Work in progress, we are taking it match after match.”
Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum’s squad has demonstrated impressive form, registering five wins and a draw in their last seven league outings, contributing to their ascent to the second spot in the league standings.
