The Human Rights court has dismissed AshantiGold’s case against the GFA on the Ghana Premier League.
Hence, the Ghanaian top-flight competition can return with immediate effect.
AshantiGold is set to pay GHS 20,000 as damages to the GFA.
The 2022/23 Ghana Premier League was put on hold for over a month following an interlocutory injunction placed by AshantiGold.
