The Accra Human Right Court 2, has again adjourned the contempt case that has seen Ghana Football Association in court to, October 26, 2022.
The betPwawa Ghana Premier League’s injunction has been lifted by the Human Rights Court. implying that the league may continue while the case is being resolved.
GFA Executive Council Dr. Randy Abbey will take his turn in court tomorrow for a trial.
Councel for GFA, Naa Odofoley Esq informed the court that Mr. Frederick Acheampong, Dr. Randy Abbey and Mr. Sammy Annim Addo were absent due to an international assignment.
Therefore, the Ghana Football Association with the plaintiff Ashanti Gold will return to court on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 9:30am.
