Black Stars midfielder, Thomas Partey has suffered another injury set back and will be on the side lines for a couple of days, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed.
Thomas Partey has missed Arsenal’s last two games in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League against Chelsea and Sevilla respectfully.
Mikel Arteta ahead of Arsenal’s game against Sevilla said Thomas Partey suffered a little setback hence the decision to leave him out of the squad.
Mikel Arteta in his pre-match conference ahead of Arsenal’s game against Sheffield United said both Thomas Partey and Gabriel Jesus has been ruled out due to injuries.
“For Gabriel Jesus, the scans show there’s muscle injury and we might lose him for a few weeks again. Thomas Partey has got a muscle injury and we expect him to be out for a few weeks,” Mikel Arteta said.
